The confirmation e-mail sent on acceptance of an on-line order is acknowledgement of receipt of the order only, and is not a confirmation of availability of the product.

We aim to despatch all goods within 24 hours of receipt of order. Most orders received before 3pm, will be despatched on the same day. Orders received after 3pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be despatched the following Monday (if not a bank holiday).

No orders will be despatched on any recognised UK bank holidays.

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail. Please note this is not a guaranteed next day service, allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

We always send an e-mail (submitted by you) to inform you when your order has been despatched.

If there is a despatch delay (over 3 working days) with your order, we will email you to inform you of the delay and ask if you wish to continue with the transaction, whilst also offering you the opportunity to cancel or part-ship your order.

If you have received an e-mail informing you of the despatch of goods you can be certain they are in transit. If you do not receive your goods within 5 working days from the despatch date you should contact us.

Over 40% of lost parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a local Royal Mail sorting office, so please check first before contacting us.

Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund. If you do not notify us within 14 days of despatch that your goods have not been received, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

We take no responsibility for the non-receipt or loss of goods when delivered with special instructions to Royal Mail at the time of ordering, eg: "if not in leave in the shed". Any deliveries that have not been received and include such instructions will not be subject to a refund or replacement.

Please ensure you enter a complete shipping address. The address must include the street name and house number or unit number, town and / or city and FULL postcode. Any deliveries that have not been received and do not contain a complete address will not be subject to a refund or replacement.

Economical Printer Supplies reserves the right to cancel orders if we have insufficient stock to fulfill your order, or you live outside the UNITED KINGDOM, or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed with the incorrect information including the price and description, or if we have reason to believe that you will not comply with these conditions of use.

If you pay via credit or debit card, your payment card will be debited as soon as you press the "authorise" button on the secure card payment window.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product within 14 days of despatch, we will reimburse your return postal costs not exceeding £2.00 (a copy of your postal receipt is required with your return). The return postal cost of faulty items returned after 14 days are paid by the customer.

UNITED KINGDOM delivery charges are free, for standard delivery (Royal Mail, allow up to 5 working days).

You can pay by MasterCard, Visa credit cards as well as Switch / Maestro, Solo and Delta debit cards.

Order and credit card details are protected by SSL version 3, 128bit encryption.

You can return any item supplied by Economical Printer Supplies for a replacement product or a refund within 14 days of despatch on condition that the product box or packaging have not been opened or damaged in anyway.

Please advise us within 14 days of despatch date, what items you wish to return. Any returns requested for items beyond this period will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. In all instances you must be able to provide your order number. If your product is faulty or should become faulty, you can obtain a replacement or refund within 6 months of purchase, you must be able to provide your order number.

To return a product you must obtain a returns authorisation number, which is available through logging a return request with the helpdesk.

IMPORTANT: Please send any returns by recorded delivery only, Economical Printer Supplies are not liable for any items not received.

The maximum postage refunded for any item will be £2.00 (a copy of your postal receipt is required with your return).

All faulty products will be tested on receipt back at Economical Printer Supplies, if the product is found to be faulty a replacement will be sent out or a refund will be provided. If the product is found to be working correctly or empty/used, no replacement, refund or postal refund will be provided.

We may use your details for fraud prevention purposes. We may check your details with fraud prevention agencies, if you give us false or inaccurate information we will record and report this.
