You can return any item supplied by Economical Printer Supplies for a replacement product or a refund within 14 days of the despatch date, on condition that the product box or packaging has not been opened or damaged in anyway. Any returns requested for items beyond this period will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

If your product is faulty or should become faulty, you can obtain a replacement or refund within 6 months of purchase - you must be able to provide your order number.

To return a product you must obtain a returns authorisation number, which is available through logging a returns request with the helpdesk.

When logging a returns request on the helpdesk, please provide as much information as possible as to why you wish to return the product, together with your order number, contact details and telephone number.

All faulty products will be tested on receipt back at Economical Printer Supplies, if the product is found to be faulty a replacement will be sent out at no charge.

IMPORTANT: Please send any returns by recorded delivery only, Economical Printer Supplies are not liable for any items not received.
